DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES/Registered Nurse Gynae OT Job

1. Perform his / her duties as per NMC guiding principles and model of care, DHA regulation and other regulatory authorities, accreditation body.
2. Provides care in a non-judgmental, non-discriminatory manner that is sensitive to the adult or elderly patient’s and family’s diversity, preserving their autonomy, dignity and rights.
3. Provide culturally appropriate patient focused nursing care.
4. Applies the international patient safety goals throughout the patient journey and care process.
5. Respects patient and applies patient family rights throughout the patient care, with empathy, emotional stability.
6. Educates and informs patient on the care process and other relevant information within her scope of practice.
7. Prepares operating room for patient / procedure Demonstrate awareness and compliance with legal and ethical aspects of peri-operative nursing.

SKILL/Registered Nurse Gynae OT Job

1. Proven experience as operating room nurse (circulating and scrub, recovery room).
2. Should be kind, compassionate, and caring towards children.
3. Should have a broad knowledge of general pediatric nursing care and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Experience in clinical work as a pediatric nurse
5. Excellent knowledge of aseptic and sterile techniques.
6. Solid understanding of patient safety and precautions.
7. In-depth knowledge of surgical operation procedures.
8. Outstanding organizational ability.
9. A great team player with excellent communication skills.
10. Cool tempered with emotional and physical stamina.
11. Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
12. Proficiency in multi-tasking and handling stressful situations.
13. Talent for negotiation and collaboration.
14. Computer literate.
