Job Responsibilities

Assisting in the assessment studies of domain specific management systems, along with the compliance levels
Supporting in the operational practices definition for all the active domains covering processes, responsibilities, technology capabilities, reporting, process and data integrations, etc.
Assisting in the definition and implementation of Corporate Performance Management System (PMS) covering strategic, tactical and operational level performances
Assisting in the development of policies and procedures for all the departments;
Assisting in the organizational change management workshops across the organization
Supporting in the operational practices based audits and awareness sessions to fill the practices’ gaps
Monitoring of the PMS and conducting meetings with the process/domain owners for the follow-up and action plan status
Assisting in the high-level primary and secondary market research to ensure the key stakeholders of the organization remain up-to-date on the market trends at macro and micro level
On a monthly basis, contributing to the development of comprehensive reports on the key activities for Business Excellence such as: Self-Assessment Results based on the Business Excellence Model and Compliance with IMS (Integrated Management Systems), Change Management, Knowledge Management, competence levels, market research and performances, etc.
Supporting the stakeholders in the capability development and enhancement projects as and when required
Executing the BE projects’ cycles covering mobilization, planning, execution, reporting and closing
Researching and reporting the latest and updated “Excellence” knowledge base
Timely generation and presentation of reports to the seniors and assisting in any other task as and when needed.
Learn and expand to carry out any other responsibilities that leads may assign from time to time.
Proactively participate in the identification of risk and develop plan to mitigate and preparation of correspondence, reports and operations.
