Responsibilities:
- Manage Churn of database basis historical trends on yield
- Identify penetration trends and plan database treatment
- Flash prescriptive reports from various platforms such as the dialer, CRM, and database
- Flash dialer reports on agents with disposition stats and other critical elements.
Skill Set Required:
- Strong Exposure to Outbound Telesales Dialer – Such as Genesys, Aspect, Avaya …etc
- Strong understanding of database churn management for Outbound telesales platforms
- Exposure to Predictive, Progressive, Auto, Timed Preview, & Preview dialing strategies.
- Understanding of dialing strategies with merits and demerits
- Understanding of Power BI will be an added advantage
- Strong understanding of Excel & PowerPoint
- Knowledge of platforms such as Python & R Studio will be an added advantage
- Exposure to database scoring will be an added advantage.
